Life is cray. If you're feeling fried and frazzled please join us for our free mindful meditation workshop with Miss Kerry Kennedy.  

Kerry studied yoga and meditation through Kripalu yoga school in Western MA. She has her BS in exercise physiology and teaches a variety of mindful classes such as yoga, meditation, and Tai Chi. 

Come learn about your whole being by being present to the sensations, emotions, and thoughts that are constantly flowing through you during your meditation session. We hope to send you home with a few new tools in your belt to better navigate life's crazy moments and bring a little more peace into your day. Regular practice will help bring you to a more mindful place on and off your meditation pillow.

Please bring a meditation pillow or something soft to rest your tush on during your practice.

Space is limited to 10 people.
