Tips for Holiday Wellness

Self care during the Holidays. Oxymoron? It doesn't have to be. Although, it does get harder to make time for oneself amidst the onslaught of holiday shopping, dinners, cocktails, cooking, GAH! Read below for a short (because who has the time?!) post on fast and effective self-care rituals to help you emerge bright eyed and bushy tailed from this holiday season.

                                   Spread some holiday cheer inward.  

1. We recommend setting up a humidifier in your bedroom at night and add a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil. The humidifier adds moisture to dry winter air and the eucalyptus is a natural anti-bacterial and anti-viral essential oil.  This is a little step to help avoid colds when you are being exposed to more people and places than usual. 2. Time is in high demand this season, but try to find even 15 or 30 minutes per day to do some light yoga.  Your body and mind will thank you.
